Assuming this user guide hasn't answered all your questions, or if you're having problems and BattleMaps is misbehaving, your best options are to either :
In both cases we are likely to need detailed information about what the program was doing at the time. This is gathered for you in a pair of log files, 'output.log' and 'error.log' which are stored in the same folder on your computer from which you run the program itself. This is usually "c:\program files\BattleMaps\" but there should be a shortcut to it from your start menu. Either attach these files to the e-mail, or upload them with your question to the website and we can analyse the problem and feedback as soon as we are able.
